  • What products does AP Premier offer?
    AP Premier provides a diverse range of cosmetics and personal care packaging at competitive prices, including plastic bottles, pumps, tints, jars, tubes, and more.   • What is the ordering process for products?
    Our typical business process follows these steps: Inquiry → Sample and Quotation → Sample Approval and Purchase Order (PO) → Mass Production → Quality Inspection (if necessary) → Product Delivery and Invoice.
  • What is the estimated lead time from Purchase Order (PO) and approved sample to delivery?
    The estimated lead time from a PO to arrival at your designated place is approximately two to three months for the minimum ordered quantity. However, it is advisable to discuss delivery times with us to ensure accuracy.
  • What incoterm is used when ordering packaging from AP Premier?
    We recommend purchasing our products under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm, ensuring direct delivery to your designated location.
  • How do we guarantee the quality of ordered products?
    AP Premier collaborates with trusted quality assessors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
  • If I have my own packaging, is it possible for AP Premier to produce it?
    Certainly. Your request will be treated as a private label or private mold request. Please provide detailed packaging specifications, such as real products, drawing files, and any other necessary information. Note that there will be costs and lead times associated with new packaging mold production.
  • What are the terms of payment?
    Upon receiving your Purchase Order (PO), we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) or Commercial Invoice (CI). Payment for products: 50% in advance and 50% after product delivery. Payment for new molds: 100% in advance. Payment must be made within seven business days after receiving the PI or CI.
  • What payment methods and options are available?
    We accept bank transfers or credit card payments, including T/T, PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa. For more detailed information, please contact us directly via email.
